Here's a short list of some of our most frequently asked questions! We always want to ensure that our investors understand everything we do and all the types of real estate investment we offer.

Are all properties off market real estate deals, how are you finding off market properties?

Answer: We’re not agents, and we don’t list houses. We specialize in finding off market properties at a discount: We buy houses in Jackson, Mississippi that meet our investors purchasing criteria. From there we may repair the house and sell it to an investor or make no repairs and sell the house as-is for a discount to one of our clients.

Are the investment properties listed as discount real estate?

What is the process for purchasing investment properties near me?

Answer: Once you are interested in buying a rental a property, make sure to reach out to the dispositions coordinator on the listing. The next step would be to get a contract signed which will then be sent to our title company. Once the title is cleared you are one step closer to becoming a property investor. Finally, funds can be transferred for the property and we will get you the keys to your new investment as soon as possible.

If I am buying a rental property today, how long will it take me to receive the keys to my investment?

Answer: Unless there is an extreme circumstance we can typically close anytime after 14 days, if the title company is backed up or the tenant needs some extra time to move out/clean up the property then the timeline may be extended. However we pride ourselves on high communication and if there is any delay in your real estate investment we will let you know on the front end before you submit an offer.

Are There Any Additional Costs When Buying a Rental Property?

Answer: There are no fees associated with working with us, we do ask that buyers pay closing costs on the investment property, but since the homes are bought in as is condition this just includes the cost of title. We can get you an estimate on those costs beforehand and have it written into the contract so there won't be any surprise costs on the back end.

Is there any obligation when I submit my info?

Answer:  There is absolutely zero obligation for you. Once you tell us a bit about what you look for when investing in real estate, we'll set up a call with you to find out a bit more information on the types of real estate investment you prefer. From there, it’s your decision on whether or not you’d like to buy a property with… and we won’t hassle you or harass you… it’s 100% your decision and we’ll let you decide what’s right for you when buying a rental property.
